​HOW IT WORKS
Our commission works similarly to a tax bracket system:

Sale Price: $0 - $999,999
Sale Commission: 1.75% Inc GST

Sale Price: $1,000,000 - $1,999,999
Sale Commission: $17,500 + 1.5% Inc GST for every dollar over $999,999 

Sale Price: $3,000,000 and above
Sale Commission: $32,500 + 1.25% Inc GST for every dollar over $1,999,999
