HOW IT WORKS

Management fees are broken up into tiers based on how much total weekly rent is collected for your managements. 

See below:

Weekly Rent Collected: 0-$999 per week
Management Fee: 4.95% Inc GST

Weekly Rent Collected: $1,000-$1,999 per week
Management Fee: 4.40% Inc GST

Weekly Rent Collected: $2,000 and over per week
Management Fee: 3.96% Inc GST

Letting Fee
1 weeks rent + GST once the property has been leased

(This is a one off charge, once we find a tenant for your property)
